The Cheapest BEST DIY Video Light EVER!

My office resides on our first floor in our town home. One of the main problems with it is that it is an arctic wasteland that I cannot stand to be in right now it has low amounts of natural lighting. This poses a problem when I do videos or teach online. Both require adequate lighting. Nobody wants to see me like this when I teach or in a video. Maybe they do?? Who am I to judge. Ha! I really really wanted a diva ring light , but those bad boys are PRICY.  They have cheaper ones on Amazon like  this one  and also have professional photography lighting for around $50 like  this one . But my office is also shared with my husbands hobby, model trains, so whatever I use needs to take up minimal space. I'm also the cheapest person on the face of the planet..sometimes..I mean a good purse is priceless..come to mama Kate. How I Earn Extra Money After The Holidays

Anybody else poor in January or is that just me?? I don't know about you, but I need some cold hard cash to make up for going a little nuts for Christmas. I know it's not about the presents, it's about the season, but you know..I have 3 girls and a husband..and I need   want  have earned bribes  presents too. My mom: "Your children do NOT need all those Star Wars toys!" Me: "Umm...they're for me.Duh." 😂 So, needing to make a little extra cha-ching on the side becomes necessary. Instant Pot Tomato Soup

I don't know about you all, but we have a snow day here today. It's still snowing. It's cold. There's wind, which makes it a colder cold. Basically, today is not a day to head outside. Today is a day where you throw on some comfy clothes, make yourself some hot chocolate and think about warmer things...like soup.  I don't know about you, but there is nothing better than homemade soup. It's just the best. It's usually even better the next day.  Today's soup came as a suggestion from my friend's daughter who was hanging out with us. When I gave her the run down of what I could cook for lunch...mac n' cheese, grilled cheese, chicken noodle soup..wait, go back to grilled cheese. Oh and do you have Tomato Soup to go with it? Not specific at all, right? So, I started mulling it over..did I have the ingredients to make it? I think so. So this beauty was born. We all know that direct sales and network marketing are all scams, right? They're pyramid schemes where everyone gets richer than the newest person "hired". I mean it's nothing like Macy's, Target, Kohl's, Starbucks, IHop (mmm..pancakes), Best Buy, Wells Fargo, yadda yadda yadda... where the employees who are hired in, especially the newest person, can make more than the CEO, President and VP of the companies. I mean if I go get a job at Nordstroms, I can surely make more than anybody else there within a month, right?  Here are my top 5 reasons why you SHOULD not join specifically Perfectly Posh...in January of all months. Healthy Egg Roll In a Bowl

I don't know about you, but I really love egg rolls. In fact, I love them so much, it quite possibly might be an obsession. The best egg rolls have the right crunch to filling to salt content (usually applied liberally with soy sauce). Am I right or am I right? Unfortunately, most egg rolls are also fried which means they are unhealthy. While my fat cells say "YASSS! More friends!!" the rest of my body says "Umm..what the heck man?!!" Plus they leave me with little to no Weight Watcher points..because, let's face it, you just can't eat one. (Tell me this isn't just me..lol) This leaves me to the healthy version of egg rolls...Egg Roll in a Bowl. Now there is many versions out there on the net and they are all pretty similar.
